For Day Nineteen of 30 Days, 30 Ways, let’s learn the fishbone braid!  Let’s begin by clearing up some confustion: a fishbone is done with two strands, not three.  And it is really quite easy once your fingers get the feel of it!  You will have to work a little harder to keep your tensions even with a fishbone if you want it to look tight like my daughter Larken’s, but a loose fishbone is feminine and flirty too, if that’s what you’re going for.  So now let’s learn it together!
